Love this mop system. Love that it has a bucket with an easy drain spout. You can control how wet or dry you want the mop to be. My only gripe is when you're spinning the water out the handle unscrews which may not happen depending on how tight you hold it. Overall it cleans really nice!

The designers need to change the direction of the spinner or the handle screw together counter clockwise. But to avoid the handle unscrewing, dont hold onto it! Just steady it by making an O with your middle finger %26 thumb to go around the top of the handle so it doesn't fall over while spinning. Let it come to a complete stop before grabbing the handle. It was shipped in a box within another box so was not damaged like other reviews reported.
