Works and fits beautifully.

It works great and is easy to put one her. I actually don't see any reason why this product has such a low rating because my dog did try to take it off and she was not able to do it.

Looks and fits beautifully

I love it and although I was a bit confused at first as to how it went on all I had to do is look at the picture. It fits beautifully. My dog did try to take it off with her paw and failed which is what is supposed to happen.
