The Flash II has got to be one of the coolest knives we've ever seen. Forget its wicked-quick blade access, that it handles like a race car on rails, or that it locks up like Alcatraz. It just looks and feels extraordinary. The Flash family of knives feature SOG Assisted Technology (S.A.T.), which employs a powerful piston lock that is easily released with a sliding button.

    I have screw missing

The screw on the blade that you flip to open it fell out and is missing I'll try to find something to replace it with but can't it's too small a hole in the threads are too small could you please tell me how to get another screw for the blade

    Test of time

About 12 years ago I bought the version with the metal handle. This things is still my EDC knife. Wish it didn't have the safety, but for what I paid its been a fantastic knife.

    Great blade

I bought this a year ago and still love it..i have 25 good name brand folding knives but this seems to be my favorite to carry with me everyday

Strong, easy to use work horse.

I use this knife everyday. I'm a aircraft mechanic and work on everything on the aircraft. I use my Flash 2 to cut rubber seals, open parts boxes, remove screws, pry metal gaskets off, peal and scrap sealant, etc, etc. I can't count how many times in a work day that I instinctively reach down, pull it out of my front pocket to help me perform a task. It has a good grip and locks tight. I've never been concerned about it giving way or breaking when I use it even under extreme conditions. I have used this same knife for over five years. I don't baby this knife. I just sharpen it occasionally and adjust the pocket clip. Two other guys I work with were impressed with my Flash 2 and bought one. Great tool, great knife.

    Everyday carry or 10 years

I thought I'd lost my cherished Flash II I'd carried for 10 years. I immediately ordered another one. The next day, My old one turned up. I decided a second one would be good insurance. It fit's the pocket deep but accessible. I open it effortlessly and instinctively. Easy to keep sharp. If it's one knife, it's got to be Flash II.
