It's a framed art piece, a framed photography. It's a TV!!!

Wow! This is a great concept and TV. Never liked having a big black rectangle on the wall in the living room. When I came across The Frame and saw that it allows you to put up images of art and photos, even your own and you can add mattes I was intrigued. Now that I have it I love it. It has a motion sensor so it turns on when someone enters, adjusts to the ambient light and as a smart TV looks great. All connections to the back of the TV are through 1 thin wire. It has a shoebox sized input/output box that you can hide and the remote is not line of sight so don't worry that the box is in a cabinet or even in a closet. You can buy colored magnetic snap on frames so the outside bezel will better match your decor too. I have had great luck with my Samsung TVs lasting many years and hope this one does too as this concept of it looking like a framed art piece is the best. This is a well though out design and it has fooled a few of my friends that at first glance thought it was just a framed picture.

People are surprised to find out this isn't an actual piece of art hanging on the wall when I switch from art mode to tv mode. It's nice not having a giant black square in the living room all of the time. Picture is very good. #sweepstakes

This is seriously sexy TV

We waited for the 2019 version to be released and I'm so glad we did. The picture quality is leaps and bounds better than the 2018 version we saw in store. Utilizing the art gallery mode has incorporated the TV as a feature of the room instead of an object we'd have to design around. Please note that it's not totally cordless as there is a thin cable that comes out the bottom to the connect box. We managed to run the wire through the wall in which it was mounted on and have the connect box hidden behind a ledge. One thing that did surprise me, although not a big deal, is how heavy the actual TV is. Lastly, I'm really looking forward to working my way through the art!
