Great picture

Easy to set up great pic and sound bar match

Nice but only 2 HDMI ports

Great size, great picture. However, buyer BEWARE there are only 2 HDMI ports which makes it a bit inconvenient if you have a cable box, BluRay player, Amazon Firestick and Google Chromecast. Who is this day and age only makes 2 HDMI ports and no Componenent cables for older devices? However this really isn't a deal breaker as I also picked up a HDMI device switch which is basically a splitter that allows you to go back and forth between devices. Also note in my photo the the HDMI ports are too close together -- It was an incredibly tight squeeze for the Firestick and HDMI cable next to it, I was afraid I might damage something trying to force them in. This is a smart TV and it connected fast to our internet (I have it hardwired for fastest service and it does have a LAN port). Lots of services available, YouTube and tons of other apps but I will probably just use what is on my Firestick. Set up was very easy, took only 10 minutes or so. Took longer to unhook the old TV and move it to my daughter's room than it did to set this up and hook it up. Was a good deal for Black Friday.

Maybe mine was a lemon.

I bought this tv to replace a 10 year old 46" samsung tv. Took it right out of the box, and set it up in minutes. The picture was great, almost 3D-like with great color. Problem was, within 5 minutes it would go black, lose picture and sound for a second or two. Checked cables, everything I could think of and same problem. I kept it for a few days and it just got worse. It would go for several hours and then maybe go black several times within minutes. After reading the reviews on here it sounds like maybe a problem with this model. At any rate it had to go, so back to Walmart. As usual they didn't question anything just offered to replace it. Given some of the negative remarks on here about Samsung customer service I decided to replace it with a 55" LG 6300. Took it out of the box and no problems whatsoever. It took some tweaking to get the picture right and I have to say the picture might not be quite as good as the Samsung but for the price it's decent. I paid $1500 for the old Samsung 10 years ago so I can see where it's going. These TVs are basically a throw away item anymore.

IPV6 over bluetooth anyday

After 2 days it arrived (FREE shipping) in a box inside a box with very good packing. I setup and all good. 3 hours later got a screen recommendation which said my cable box resolution was too low. Went to cable settings and boom it was set at 720p instead of max 1080p. If not for that I would have never known, and btw the screen looked even better after. I researched the one star reviews like most of us do and was surprised to see no Bluetooth support, but after digging in deeper, its because it runs IPV6 which is way better (Bluetooth was never intended to be an Internet protocol) since its the newest internet protocol with billions of IP addresses. Only issue is ISPs and router manufacturers adopting to slow. For the price, this samsung smart tv has plenty to offer and obviously I will upgrade next year again so until then I am set.

Decent for price

Just bought it yesterday. Nice and clear picture. Feels the characters are in the room. The sound is not as bad as some of the reviews I read, but if you want a theater effect then a sound bar will help. No there isn't any Bluetooth, Smart remote, or refreshes at 120, and yes the TV disconnects from my internet and I have great wifi. The setup is a nightmare. Took me over an hour to screw the base together and the blue end screws won't screw down all the way. I have to put books under the front so it can hold in place until I find someone to finish it for me. I'm good at putting things together but the base holes don't match the size of the screws.. You may need an electric screwdriver for th is one. I didn't find all the apps I use on Smart hub, so I may have to use my roku. The newer 55 inch version show a more clear and pretty picture (6300-6500 version) but you'll have to pay more. I've been adjusting the tv and it looks nothing like the other TVs I looked at yesterday. I don’t have that deep color look. I'll still keep trying to adjust the screen I guess or take it back.

Great TV with one small problem with power plug

The performance of this TV is really awesome. The 720p shows I watch on regular cable channels upscale beautifully making them look like 1080p. Watching standard DVDs look gorgeous. When watching actual 2040p shows on some of the streaming services, I'm simply blown away by how awesome it looks. I find myself watching shows I wouldn't normally watch just because it looks so incredible. There is one thing I'm unhappy about and that's the power cord that comes with the TV. It simply does not seat at all into the female plug on the back of the TV. It sits loosely in there which isn't a huge deal normally but if you move the TV for some reason, it loses power because it's just sitting in there with nothing holding in place. I'll probably end up putting a piece of electrical tape across it to hold it firmly in place if I find it starts falling out.

Awesome TV!

I bought this about a month ago and I am so glad I did. Already have it mounted on the wall. Great Quality! Love it!
Only problem is no RCA plugs for wireless headphones

Great features

I bought this Samsung tv a few weeks ago and it is extremely nice. Set up is very easy and walks you through it all. Great features as well!

Excellent picture

I bought this TV on a one day sale at Sam's. Couldn't be more happier with quality and features of this TV. Setup was a breeze. The remote while basic gets the job done. The smart features on this TV work really fast. I adjusted the picture somewhat because the picture was a little too vivid. Did not see any motion blur with sports. Gave it four stars because it does not have voice control. But a 58" LCD for $459 is a STEAL. My 19 year old hooked up his Xbox to this TV and said it was great for gaming so he bought one as well. So far no regrets.
