Great
Great item. Don't waste your money on expensive bed liners. This does the job just as good as rhino or line x and way cheaper. Take your time and follow the instructions. When done its better than a rhino lining. I had a rhino and it wasn't all it was hyped to be. Have patience and enjoy the final product you will not be dissapointed.

Easy and durable

This is the 2nd time I've used this product and it hasn't disappointed me. I must stress the most important part is the prep. Your finished product is only as good as the prep. By far the hardest part is all the sanding and making sure you have no shiny surface whatsoever. Prep it right and you can't go wrong. I have a f-150 supercrew with a 5 1/2 ft bed and put 3 coats on and still only used just over half a gallon. They wanted $450 for a spray in liner but this stuff is durable and hardy. I also used it for the front edges of the hood of my car and my daughters car that was chipped up and rusting. Just grind it down or sand it depending how bad it is and tape off 3 or 4 inches up the hood. Roll on a couple coats and your good to go. Very nice looking and durable. $450 vs $80 for about 4-6 hours of your time.

Well worth the Money

My old truck bed was looking a little sad and starting to rust in places where the paint had been scratched off and I didn't want to spend several hundred dollars on a liner so I gave this a try. Worked well and covered easily. Since I had decent bed mat, I only put one coat on the floor or the bed and 2 coats on the sides and tailgate. I only used about 1/2 of the gallon and I have a 6 1/2 bed. One tip, rubber gloves come with the kit but I would purchase a couple of extra pairs and the "brush" that comes with the kit is pretty cheap, you may want to have and extra 2" brush.

Works wonderfully

I purchased this to apply to the roof of my 1974 Cadillac hearse as an alternative to vinyl or paint. I am thoroughly impressed by the outcome and have no problem recommending this product. It worked magic in revitalizing my coach. I applied a total of 5 coats (basically used the entire can) and the texture that I achieved on the roof is amazing.

Bed liner goes on easy and looks great, saves a lot of money compared to spray on liners

1. RustOleum makes a product called Restore that is for wood, specifically for deck restoration. It comes in 3 different thickness grades, 2X, 4X, and 10X. The numbers correspond to the relative thickness as compared to latex paint, thus 2X is twice as thick and so on. So far I have used it on my deck railings that were really hammered and 5 6x6 posts holding my front porch roof up. Make sure you use the sealer before the stain (it really looks like thick latex paint). There are dozens of colors that you can choose from or bring in a sample and have them make a custom color for you. It also has Rustoleum's wet technology in it so water and liquids just bead and run off like a duck's back. It will adhere to metal but make sure you prime it first. Don't know how long the stuff on the metal will last but it's scheduled to have trim put over it anyway. Just follow the directions and you will do fine.

2. Rust-Oleum Truck Bed Liner is designed to be used on metal surfaces. We would not recommend using it on wood. For your wood deck we would recommend Rust-Oleum Restore 10x (Walmart item #38754319.)

1. Rust-Oleum Truck Bed Liner Kit is formulated with specific black pigments that minimize fading caused by UV rays. To keep it from fading, avoid parking in direct sunlight for long periods of time. If any fading does occur, the coatings performance is not impacted.
