I really loved this item. the fact that it doesn't need batteries, it's easy to use and it leaves the floors so clean is great. Did I mention it comes with an extra bottle refill and three cleaning pads. The look is sleek which does matter to me when I put it back in my nice and decorated laundry room. Now I can use my favorite cleaning solution and do not have to be forced to buying expensive cleaning solutions, throw away refill pads and batteries. My floors are so clean. I am very satisfied with this product, totally recommend!
