    Bin for the condo
I bought this shed as a temp solution to store bikes at the Jersey Shore. My condo lacks storage space. Two bikes fit perfectly. Construction was not difficult although I ran into a few issues. I agree with the last comment. You need a rubber mallet. There are j-hooks that insert from the inside into the gable. Impossible to insert by design. Had to cut the plastic a little to make fit. Rubbermaid needs to rethink this. A flat surface is a must. The walls will not line up without a flat surface. There was a crushed part in shipping. It was not vital to the construction of the shed. The size was perfect for the side of the condo.

    Should have read the reviews...
This was the size we needed to fit our space. But there is either something defective in the manufacturing process as the rear panels do not lock in place as noted in other reviews, or the instructions are misleading. It also appears that there are no accessories available to fit the unique slots on this model other than the peg board brackets it comes with (peg board not included). Ultimately it's not terrible once assembled, but just frustrating to put together and to have limited storage attachments.

    Perfect Shed for my needs

The shed was delivered to the store within 3 business days. It took the local store personnel more than 40 minutes to find it and move it the front of the store to load in my truck. Too long because they were not busy at all. The shed itself was very easy to unpack and assemble. It took me approximately 2.5 hours to put it together with little to no help.

Great Shed but BE CAREFUL when ordering Hangers

This shed is great. I assembled it by myself in about an hour and a half (with the help of a 10 week old puppy). This is a WARNING if you buy accessories online at Home Depot. There will be "pairing" suggestions with "Handle Hooks" and "Tool and Sport Rack" hooks. Those accessories do not work with the Big Max Junior. There is a different wall panel anchoring system with the Big Max Jr. (wedge system), and the accessory products (pin and hole system). Even if you're McGyver, you'll be challenged with making it work.

    Big Max Jr.

My son & myself assembled this product in one hour. Very sturdy and well built. Eventhough I placed it on top of a concrete slab, I used twenty 12x12 patio pavers just to raise it off the ground. We had are first heavy rain in northern California yesterday and it survived the heavy down poor. The inside of the shed was dry. No leaks at all.... Great product. Lastly, you will need to purchase additionl wall anchors. One pack does come in box. However, you will need more of them to hang up peg board and shelving. You will need to order the wall anchors from rubber.

Sturdy, functional, and easy to build

We selected this spacious Rubbermaid storage shed because of the sturdy, double-wall construction. It is fairly roomy, and provides a ledge under the peaked roof where you can place a high plywood shelf (wood not included). Although it hasn't rained since I built the shed, I'm sure it will keep the contents completely dry. The shed was fairly easy to build, and the instructions are quite clear. Most parts snap together. A rubber mallet is vital to secure the walls to the base, the eaves to the walls, and the roof to the entire structure. Aligning the roof requires the assistance of a second person; this was the most difficult step in the construction. Finally, a number of screws are provided to secure everything in place. I have one suggestion for Rubbermaid. The box the shed is packaged in is barely smaller in length and width than a 4' x 8' piece of plywood. This is good, because the box just fit in the back of our Honda Odyssey with the middle and back seats out. However, the box weighs 270 pounds, quite unwieldy. It would be compassionate of Rubbermaid to split the contents into two lighter containers. Overall, the shed meets our expectations and has helped us immensely to de-clutter our garage. I recommend it on the basis of its durability, capacity, and practical design.

    Sturdy, basic, easy-to-assemble backyard shed.

After researching backyard sheds, I decided to purchase the Rubbermaid shed because it was cost-effective, exactly the right size, and came with its own floor (no foundation needed other than my own lawn). After leveling the land (easy with shovel, rake, and level tool), it took my partner and me about 3 hours to assemble. We are NOT particularly handy people, so most people could probably do it in 2. Because we could not get the components to snap together in a couple of spots, we were afraid that the shed would not be water-tight. However, after we put the final screws and roof pins in, everything came together nicely. After a recent rain, there was absolutely no leaking. Overall, this is a great little shed. Negatives/suggestions: (1) The shed comes in one BIG and HEAVY package (about 250 lbs!). Make sure you have strong folks to help move it to its location. (2) Make sure you have TWO stepladders and a rubber mallet.

    Nice Shed Wrong Instructions

Purchased this shed to store bikes at a condo. It went together very easy. Took about 2 hrs to assemble taking my time. The only problem was that the instructions were for a shed with a 2-piece floor and the one I received had a one-piece floor. The instructions are different for each. For the 2-piece floor the slots for the walls have to be cut out. I now have to see if I can do this after the shed has been assembled. If you receive the wrong instructions you can find the correct ones online. Unfortunately, I did not find this out until after it was assembled. Otherwise a nice shed. Comes with brackets to install a peg board which I did. It also has measurements to cut a shelf that fits above the top of the walls. I did this also for extra storage space.

Good looking shed for lawn tools and lawn mower.

Took me and a friend about 1 1/2 hours to assemble. That was after the cement and wood foundation was set in place. Plenty of space for all my lawn tools and a 3 foot wide 5 shelf storage to be added to one side. even my lawn mower fits inside.

    OK Product

The Big Max Jr. shed is attractive and appears that it will last for several years. The assembly took approximately 2 hours and was relatively simple. However, it appears that the assembly instructions were not written for the roof components provided. The roof panels would not snap in as directed because the configuration of the tabs connecting the gable and roof panels. The instructions indicated the tabs snapped in by using vertical/downward pressure (like the wall/floor tab connectors). However, the gable/roof panel tabs needed to slide in horizontally and would not do so if the roof panels were snapped into the ridge beam first (as directed). Also, the walls do snap into the floor, but do not appear to be particularly strong. If you're installing the shed in an area subject to occasional wind gusts of 20-30 mph you may want to purchase some shed tie downs that auger into the ground and use wire rope to secure the entire shed to the ground.
