I have been buying these for years. Every time, I am asked what I do with them. I take a pie plate and sprinkle jiffy pie crust mix in the bottom. Then moisten it with white wine. Then press the snails around in the crust, making little holes. Then, put minced garlic on top of each with a pat of butter. Sprinkle Old Bay seasoning, fresh lemon juice, parsley, and parmesan cheese on top. Bake like a pie. People that have never had them before like them this way.
