Exactly what I expected
totally happy with my new Roku player. also found the pickup option convenient and time saving. love the size and I needed a new one because my beta test model the original Roku would no longer update.

Purchased several roku and never had this particular problem. Yes it's simple to install until going online and entering the code. After customer service call you back to complete activation they are now insisting that you purchase roku tv for $79.00. My roku was totally activated and within 6 minutes a screen popped up saying guest pay $79.00. I called customer service several times and they kept offering me roku tv for 79.00 which at one point a supervisor told me that's the only way my tv would work is to pay $ 79.00. Some how the original associate I spoke with on first setup called me back. He walk me through a factory reset and was assuring me he would get my roku working. Well he said that I would have to pay for technical support ...

    We really like the Roku. It turns our TVs into Smart TVs and allows us to watch Netflix, Amazon and any other apps we have. This gives us the ability to stream shows and movies with a touch of a button. We highly recommend it for your steaming needs! We also love that is has the Roku Channel.

    Great Buy!
    It’s tiny and easy to hide. My Fiancé decided to buy a little Velcro strip and attach it to the roku and tv. I don’t even notice it. It works well and does the job. We originally was going to buy the one that wasn’t 4K but we have a 4K tv and it does make a difference. Luckily this was on sale for the same price so we got it. The only annoyance I have is the controller doesn’t have an on off button. So we have to get up and turn the tv off. But we’re just lazy so. Overall great buy and cheaper than an Apple TV!
