Although I'm still in the process of building my PowerCage, I've worked with their support team on a small issue that I had and they were absolutely fantastic to work with! They responded super quickly and offered to fix my problem right away. On top of getting a great product at a competitive price, RitFit's customer service is top notch!

The power cage is great for my home gym. I did have an issue with the long cable. When I contacted support for a replacement they sent me the wrong cable twice. Finally settled on a $50 gift card.
