After the raw materials are cut and formed to exact specifications, they're robotically welded together before a durable black powder coat finish is applied using our environmentally friendly process. Next, we mount the chrome plated hitch ball in the rise or drop position and tighten it to the exact torque specification prescribed by the manufacturer.
