No Sim card tray

So far this iPhone 7 Plus seems to be an adequately operating refurbished item. But I am very annoyed that it was advertised in A condition but did not come with a Sim card tray. We knew that there was no Sim card included, but the tray?? To quickly get the phone activated I had to purchase a used Sim card tray from a local repair shop for $5 plus tax. I contacted Walmart and it gave me $10 towards a $15 purchase from Walmart.com, expiring in a couple of months. I agreed, although I would have preferred to be refunded the $5 plus tax I paid for the tray and maybe given something else for my trouble. It was advertised A . This would have been four or five stars if they either included the Sim card tray or came up with a better solution. On the positive side, delivery was almost immediate because I lived very close to from where the phone was shipped. Buyer beware, or at least ask questions about Sim card trays and other parts assumed to be included.
