I know some people be like you get what you pay for, so if it's cheap and breaks then that's what you get or whatever. But that's that's not the case here. As a single mom, who's also a thrifter and a teacher, I find great finds all the time. But let's be real the pandemic caused everything to rise in price so I wasn't going to look for a brand new desktop. After about a week of comparing refurbished computers here on Walmart.com I decided to ordered this Desktop set. When I received the box I was super excited until I opened it! EVERYTHING (used) was completely dirty, I mean filthy! The Lenovo keyboard and mouse were dusty and also just full of dirt (in between the keys and the clickers), the Dell 19 inch monitor was also dusty, the Dell (390)tower (oh boy) had food stuck to it on one of the front corners, it was dented, scraped, scratched, dusty and lopsided in the back (Metal brackets weren't aligned). It's one thing to buy refurbished, but refurbish does not mean that it has to be dirty (it's Walmart.com not WalmartThift.com). I swear this is why, the pandemic became as huge as it did because people are nasty! You need to clean (sanitize) your items before selling them. I did clean it before putting it in my daughter's room and setting it up. The only thing that was clean and new was the Wi-Fi adapter. Once I had everything plugged up and running, that's when I found out I had a real problem. The hard drive was supposed to have 500GB max hard drive of storage it only had 231GB. I didn't even check my processor because I was baffled about the hard drive storage. After reaching out to the seller several times via Walmart they sent me a replacement after I sent the 1st tower back. I received the 2nd tower and it only has a max of 464GB. Someone's math isn't mathing, so they really need to stop advertising that! Now I'm still deciding whether I want to keep this or send it back, so I'm just warning future customers. Because even if I decide to keep it I still didn't get what I paid for and the person I've been in contact never contacted me back as of yet.
