Disappointed but ...

I've been shaving with Remington ever since my Grandfather gave me his old electric when I was a teen (I'm now 65). Most recently I've been using the Titanium MS 280 and loved it. However, the battery isn't holding the charge anymore like it used to and it was time to replace the cutters; so I thought I might just as well get a new razor. I guess I've been using the regular razor too long to change to a Rotary model. I don't think it shaves as close as I'm used to and it doesn't get above the upper lip as good as the conventional razor. If you are normally using a Rotary style razor, you'll probably love this one. It's light weight and quiet. But it doesn't shave "me" as good as my old MS 280. I plan to take advantage of the return policy but will definitely be ordering a new Remington; just not the Rotary.

Excellent razor hands down. Out shaved my norelco

i wish I would have gotten this Remington along time ago. Shaved my face and head like I was cutting butter. So smooth and the cleaning system is outstanding it really surprised me.

great features, but cleaner didn't last

I bought this for my husband just over a year ago. We were thrilled, so easy to clean with the system. However, with a year of use, the cleaner malfunctioned. It would not be an issue except that the unit will charge ONLY when it's not cleaning..... and the cleaning cycle goes off for about 5 minutes before automatically starting up again. I've tried everything to make sure the button is not depressed, to no avail. Taking the top off of the cleaning unit doesn't even stop it. Fortunately we found a charger cord from an older razor that fits, so we can still use the razor!

Electric Razor?

This observation is after only one shave: Ease of use was excellent. The smoothness and closeness of this first shave was absolutely outstanding! I experienced no razor burn or irritation, and the closeness of the shave was surprising to me. I noticed myself feeling my face several times to confirm that the shave was actually that close. It felt as close as a blade shave that I usually shave with. I am very surprised, impressed and delighted with this product. I would, and I do recommend it to anyone!

Remington rocks!

They get 5 stars as much for the razor as they do for the customer service. I had a minor issue with a previous razor - Remington sent this one to replace it - no hassles what so ever. This razor is perfect. The only regret I have is not switching to a Remington product sooner. You will NOT be disappointed if you buy this razor.
