ReliOn Rigid Digital Thermometer, 1 Each

There were several thermometers to choose from. This was one of the better priced ones so I selected this one. I used this thermometer for getting my Basal temperature in the morning. I used it at least once every day and when it took my temp it seemed to take forever and after approximately 3 weeks of using it ,it broke. It now says that me and my partner are both running a fever of 111 degrees, which is far from the case. Half the time it says "E" for error. Worked alright before it broke though. How ever I would rather buy a thermometer that is twice as expensive rather than buying a new one over and over.

I've purchased 2 of these in the past. While they work, they are great! Easy to read, fast, and accurate! HERE'S THE FRUSTRATING PART: The battery inside doesn't last very long. The first one lasted about a year, and when I went to WalMart to buy a new battery (the same one where I purchased the thermometer), they did NOT sell the replacement batteries. So, like a dummy, I bought a new thermometer. This time, the battery lasted only about 9 months!!! My kids are teenagers, so I only used these maybe 4 times each. I will never buy again simply because of the frustration! I am going back to the "good ole'" glass thermometer!
