First off this is a Hisense tv with Sharp badging. The only decent thing is the picture quality.
I purchased two of these tv's (new) 11/26/2017 because the picture looked good in store and all the so called features. However since the beginning these tv's have had nothing but issues. And customer service just strings you along. Seems like they just drag things along waiting for the warranty to expire.The software and app performance are terrible. Every update seems to make tv worse. Tv constantly locks up, app loading is slow, and when it does work, constantly stops and does the old loading routine. And it is not my internet, it is the tv. My computer has no issues nor did my LG tv. Both my tv's have also lost their HDR function.
Sharp sends all issues over to Hisense, then the fun begins, they drag their feet and constantly create new case files. My current case number is H533440. I have spent more time trying to fix these tv,s than ive gotten to watch them.
I can tell you this, if my issues are not fixed correctly and shortly. This time, I will dedicate some time and effort to making youtube videos to keep people away from Hisense and Sharp.
