Our Red Leaf Cheddar is the result of 150+ years of cheddar making expertise. It comes to us in 40 pound blocks, each aged over 12 months. Soft on the palate, yet tangy, this cheddar is different than English cheddar in subtle ways. It is quite nutty, with a beautifully sweet aftertaste.
