I thought it went pretty well considering the cost of a windshield repair through a company that was going to charge me $75-100 bucks for a star chip. First thing is, don't wait on getting the chip fixed, as dirt, dust, and water will get in the cracks and leave the repair less then stellar. The instructions are pretty straight forward. As a precaution, make sure that you don't Crank the application screw down too tight, or you may end up enlarging the crack. Even though the repair isn't perfect, at least I know that the chip won't spread the cracks across the windshield! I do recommend doing the repair in the shade, and then moving the vehicle into the sun to cure. If you have a hard time with the instructions, and need visual instruction (like me), you can use YouTube for an instructional video. Hope it works out for anyone considering the repair.
