Cleaning: Before first use and after each use, wash pans thoroughly with mild dishwashing detergent and warm water. Do not use oven cleaners to clean bakeware. Avoid soaking pans overnight. Dry promptly and thoroughly after washing. Although this bakeware is dishwasher safe, hand-washing is recommended. Do not use dishwasher detergent tablets; these concentrated cleaners will damage the finish.

Love, love, love these pans. First bought her three piece set in different sizes. Since I bake a lot for my family, I went online to buy another set. I was so glad to find these extra large pans for sale separately. Bought two more and threw away my old pans. Nothing sticks to these pans and clean-up is so easy. I tell all my friends to buy these.

This pan is made very well. I love how it has the sides that you can grip better when you take it out of the oven. Rachel Rae has good products.. I use this size pans to make fudge and bar cookies. i know they will come out great.Love this pan.
