If you have an HDTV and a streaming device like ROKU and don't want the hassle of using one remote (TV) for the volume and another (ROKU) for changing content, this is for you. The only recommendation I would make to the manufacturer is to have the entire remote back-lit. As it is now, only the OK and the navigation circle is back-lit. It is very easy to program, but I recommend the direct code access method using provided codes. It is a bit overwhelming trying to use the search feature. I did this with one and said, "enough of this ... you need three hands LOL." VERY reasonably priced and Wal-Mart had the LOWEST price around including online. I originally intended to buy two of these, but went ahead and bought one for all (4) TVs. By the way the model that is available in the store RCR314WR has the same exact instruction manual and works they same way.
