Excellent Product

I used this product for three years now. It helped clean up a mess of Cat 5 wiring from my old Qwest Actiontec modem and router I was using. This product was is excellent in setup, menu, and has giving me good service. The manual can be downloaded from Actiontec's web site.

QWEST

If you have qwest as your internet provider, you cannot use any other routers, it is required to use Qwest products

Horrible

I have had three Actiontec DSL modems and they all crash constantly. Problems begin a few months if not weeks after purchase. Do not buy any of these products if you want reliability.

Malfunctioned from the start

I was told by our ISP to replace our old modem because it was too old. Then I bought this one and again was told by our ISP that it too was too old. Not being able to conceive of a recently purchased product as being too old, I commenced to yell at everyone regarding the fact that our internet was out for over two weeks. After a tech actually came to our house and determined that the modem was actually not functional, we have our internet back and I have egg on my face.
