My ceiling fan stopped working after 35 yrs. It ran 365 days a year summer and winter every night in our bedroom. I can't believe they still make the same identical fan after all these years. I was able to reuse the light kit from the old one. This fan is high quality, quiet and smooth running. The only sad thing is the new one will probably outlive me.

Excellent, quiet fan

I found the exact same fan that I was replacing, so I used parts from both to get a whisper quiet, attractive fan. The antique bronze finish was lighter than the original, so I used all the original dark bronze pieces and didnt have to assemble the blades, just used the old ones with the wicker insert. I hope this fan will last as long as the old one that had bearings dry up and locked up and made the fan noisy. I may replace the 6202PP bearings in the old fan and use it elsewhere in the house.
