I work remotely and got tired of getting migraines from staring at the screen all day. After researching, I decided to buy this because of all the options it offered. It went on to my monitor very easily, without any issues. It comes with a remote that turns it on/off, dims/brightens, and times it to turn off after 2 hours (if you choose it). The light is very impressive and I am extremely happy with this purchase. I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone looking. Between the price and what you're getting, it's a no-brainer.

I am a graphic designer and I work from home. Most of the time I work 8 hours. I have a pretty lamp for my desk but sometimes my eyes get tired and I have to use eye drops to be able to keep going. Soooo ... I was looking for a way to light up the monitor area to help with eye strain. I purchased this for that reason. But seriously - it was super easy to put on my curved monitor and it just looks sleek! I recently moved and now I have a designated home office. I have designed my office in a modern contemporary style. My desk is black, cabinets are black and well the pc is black (of course). This just fits right in with the look I created for my office. I am sooo pleased. Now - function - yes it is awesome. The remote allows you to change from warm to cool setting just by moving your finger from left to right. Turning on the light - just push down on the remote. The remote is small enough that it looks likes it fits in with all my other items on my Ikea gaming desk. I placed it so it doesn't shine on the monitor itself (they suggest it) but it lights up the monitor a little bit more! I am sitting here in my office on a rainy grey day (so it is a little dark) - I just have this light turned on and it is creating enough light that I don't feel the need to turn on anymore lights in here. Love! So, yes I love this little light - I think it is worth the cost. Again - I have a curved monitor/screen and it sits perfectly on it.
