Excellent tool with fatal packaging flaw!

Great tool with frustrating packaging!! Another quality tool from HART. Each Torx bit fits as it should, the individual members move in and out quite easily, appears to be well made, but have not had long enough to determine durablility. The tool itself may be well designed, but the packaging is a nightmare. A hard tough to tear or remove information/explanation/marketing card was actually part of the tool itself as it was bolted to one end through the handle and to the inside of the tool. I managed to cut out the majority of the card, but a piece remained bolted inside the handle. Had to use Allen wrench to take the tool apart, remove the offending bit of card, then re-assemble! Very strange!
