LH Levels Guide:
++ (Peak): Ovulation near, plan intimacy in 24-48 hrs
+ (High): LH rising, plan intimacy within 48 hrs
- (Low): LH low, keep testing regularly
Test procedure:
Open the foil pouch and remove the test stick. Before applying urine to the test stick it must be inserted into the test reader.
Insert the test stick into the test reader until it clicks into place and the test ready Hourglass Icon appears.
Immerse just the absorbent tip into the urine sample for 10-15 seconds. DO NOT GET THE TEST READER WET
Lay the test flat. The Hourglass Icon will flash for 5 minutes indicating the test is working. DO NOT EJECT THE TEST STICK. Within 5 minutes the display will show your result. Once you have read the result you MUST press the eject button and remove the Test Stick.
Reading the results:
++ (Peak): A Double plus signs mean your LH levels are at their peak - ovulation is near! For the best chance of conception, have intercourse within 24-48 hours.
+ (High): A plus sign means your LH levels are rising. This is a good time to plan for intimacy within the next 48 hours to boost your chances of conception.
- (Low): A single dash means your LH levels are low. Keep testing regularly to track changes.
