Great for someone looking at losing weight safely
This was the best book/product I have ever bought. I have tried many different weight loss and exercise plans and they never worked. The first 2 weeks that I seriously ate what they said and only took in 30 to 40 grams of carbs a day.... I lost 9 lbs. I didn't even change my daily routine. Now that I really know that this is something that can work, I can't wait to add in an exercise program for further results. My boyfriend was using this weightloss plan before me and he has lost over 20 lbs in 2 months. It really works and can't emphasize it enough. Good luck!!

Of 411 pages the first...
Of 411 pages the first 221 are informational as only a textbook can be... the next several pages are (seriously) "How to Chop".....There are several chapters that are for specialty diets, and the menus are listed, but the recipes are named not included in the chapter. That makes it very difficult when you have to go look up the recipes in a different section.The book is heavy, but the recipes are easy to see/read & interesting enough.The vanilla almond sponge bread caught my eye, but the dessert recipes that mix bacon and chocolate made me want to hork! I mean bison, butternut cocoa chili (ewwwwwwwwwww)? Flourless mocha bacon brownies or nutty bacon bark?I like cauliflower, but I don't think I want it pureed like mashed potatoes.I can not see spending $39.95 on this book.......

Great Tasting Easy Preparation Paleo Recipes

This book has a ton of information that is life changing! I have purchased a copy for my parents and recommended it to all of our friends and colleagues. If you want to get healthy no matter your condition only cook and eat from this book!

Encyclopedia for Paleo

I am absolutely new to Paleo, but not nutrition. This book is a wealth of knowledge on the subject and beyond. Many health and diet subjects and information is covered in this book. I have not read any other Paleo diet books, but so far to me this is the master book of Paleo dieting. Many great recipes in this book, and I'm looking forward to trying a whole slew of them. The Arthur is extremely knowledgeable on the ways of nutrition, Paleo, and how nutrition and diet affects and van cause a series of health problems and allergies. Great book that I highly recommend. Oh yeah, the book is also in color. Beautiful layout and pictures on top of a wealth of information.
