Great price, great quality, and it has charm!

I've worked professionally with industrial multineedle machines and I was very nervous getting a home embroidery machine, but the quality on this thing is EXACTLY the same and it's so easy to use. The interface is amazing especially once you update the firmware!! Wifi capable and their website has cost calculators!! I'm still getting a grasp of all the features but the machine itself is a work horse and I am putting this thing to work at about 50k stitches a day. The threading on the top thread is a little silly and it might jump out of line for the really tough stuff (Change your needle often!!) but once you learn it's little quirks (and they're all simple and easy) it's a great machine. Also their techs are available directly on Facebook and will help you any questions, and they're very professional and polite! Can't recommend enough!

Great beginner machine.

I bought the EOC05 for Black Friday, and was very excited when it came in. It was packaged very well and came with everything needed to embroider. The machine I received needed an update, so I couldn't use it right away. There is a half day time difference between me and customer service so it took longer than I would have liked to get the update. But they were great! I was emailed the update and we chatted through the install to make sure everything went smoothly. They are REAL people. Not AI chat bots. My machine has worked great since. They even check in every so often to make sure it's still working properly. And it is.
