So far this seems to be a good value. The sound is much better than the TV speakers, and seems every bit as good as my home theater sound. Of course it lacks the Dolby stereo of the home theater, but is certainly less money, and much less work to set up/ use. Walmart shipped quickly, and package arrived intact/undamaged.

Great quality and sound.
Nice sound from a small package. Includes the digital optical cable, which is SUPER. I have played music from an ipod through it, and i can hear elements of the music that i have never heard before. The bass reproduction is solid and tight. System is powerful enough to project the full sound throughout a medium sized room. Would buy again.
Excellent sound at a great value.
I bought my first Polk audio speakers in 1979. They were the smallest speakers they made at the time and maybe the best little speakers I have ever owned. When I saw Walmart had this Soundbar on their site for 108 dollars I had to get it. I have a 300 dollar Sony soundbar with a wireless sub. This Surroundbar 2000 sounds FAR superior in every aspect. I can't even USE the Sony when my wife is watching her tv because the bluetooth sub woofer is on the same freq as my Uverse wireless receiver and it interferes with it. I am very happy with the mids and I even had to turn the bass down some and still have better lows than I had with the Sony. I would recommend this Soundbar to anyone on a budget or that doesn't care for over amplified bass that most cheap subs provide.
Excellent value for a highly regarded Name Product
I didn't realize Walmart even carried Polk Products and always regarded their products as excellent sounding and reliable since I own a pair of stereo tower speakers. Love the fact that they added a bass booster to the soundbar and the learning remote was a easy setup. Once you program the remote for your TV the Cable remote automatically is setup without programming it separately. Optical cable provided was a plus in my case since my Flat Screen had it.
This speaker sounds great on movies and tv. Remote would not sync with Directv. Box came totally destroyed, but surprisingly, the speaker was not damaged. I t was delivered in the manufacturers box and was not repackaged. Walmart needs to step up their delivery system like Amazon.
The IHT2000 Soundbar has room filling sound.
The IHT2000 Soundbar has room filling sound, even at lower volumes. It has a very clear and detailed sound. It is far better than my Sony TV speakers. It sounds like there are speakers in the rear of the room. The bass is ok. If you want room shaking bass this soundbar isn't for you.
Easy to setup and had no problems teaching the unit to run on a dish network remote. Overall good value for the price, but I wish the treble was a bit more crisp and clear. I found it worked best to use the tv speakers for the highs and the soundbar for more depth and fullness. It was cheaper to buy the polk online and use free store pick-up then to purchase instore.
good price nice sound
The setup was a breeze, the sound is good not great. For movies it certainly adds more sound then you would hear from your tv. Adds those deeper sounds which it has adjustable bass on the remote which is nice. For the price ease of setup and smaller size soundbar it meets myneeds.
Good Soundbar for the price
I have read a lot of Soundbar reviews, most people seem to think these units are a replacements for a full blown surround system, they are not, they do sound better than the speakers in flat screen TV's. Especially this liitle Soundbar, It list for $200, Walmart was selling it for $99, BUY THIS SPEAKER! Outstanding value for the money, very good sound. Set up is Beyond easy, especially if your TV has a headphone jack, I pluged my I-pod cable in and set up is done. Hats off to POLK Audio.
Not for a person with difficulty hearing dialogue
I purchased this unit based on a review that claimed voice clarity was excellent. Perhaps it was for that person, but not for me. The clarity of voice on my unit is garbled, muffled, and difficult to discern- even when the bass-the only adjustment-was run through the entire range of adjustments. In addition, the instructions for attaching a "Source 2" input are confusing to me at best. The optical input places the unit in digital mode. What is required, in my opinion, is a separate adjustment for treble and an input for dual RCA connectors which would place the unit in analog mode where voice clarity is much better for me to hear. For that reason, I returned to using the TV speakers which have a "Clear Voice" setting even though the volume must be raised to almost peak level.
