NEVER WORKED!

I bought this and paid 2 mechanics labor to try and install. Made several calls regarding part not working and was told I could return it for a refund. Now JEGS has no record of previous conversations regarding parts not working and/or Returning. I get emails about being a VIP customer, well guess I will be taking my VIP Business elsewhere
