My oldest son has special needs and used a pacifier for almost 8 years. If we tried another brand he would scream for hours until we went back to the store and got the right one. He finally learned to self sooth last spring but we still have the last one he ever used.

I bought these a month ago for my new little one wanting to try something different and more natural shape . She loves them and they're very sturdy and easy to wash unlike nuk and the store brands. She will continue to use these and I will continue to buy them as well as try other Playtex items in the future.
Best all around products!
It's hard enough being a first time, single non but with Playtex products life's been much easier! After I stopped nursing my little one the only nipple he would take was Playtex. They're so soft and breast-like. We love the natural & angled the best. My LO has to have his Playtex binky at night to go to sleep. They're fun patterns & orthopedic shapes are reason enough to stock up on them. He'll take no other. His binky is his soothie& comfort! I'd recommend these products to anyone! My cousin just had her little man and now all his bottles & binkies are Playtex, after seeing for herself how wonderful they are. Go ahead, switch to Playtex. They hold the value. Mommy & baby approved!
I got my son this pacifiers not long ago and he loves them and so do i. The are soft fis the month just right the nipple is not to big or to small for the babies and the are bae free to easy to clean and water dont get in the nipple when i clean it or sopa great pacifiers for your little ones to use you well love them and thow out your other ones thank you playtex :) :)
My son has done wonderfully with this latex pacifier and I fee at ease knowing the shape and mtierials are best for him. Can anyone help me find replacements, I've searched extensively, had no idea it was discontinued till it was too late. Playtex, can you help? Thank you. -katie
Others Are Simply Tongue Tied
My new baby has had trouble with his mouth since about day 3 of his life. Our pediatrician noticed that he is slightly tongue tied. Breast feeding had to stop and the search for new bottles and pacifiers was on! The hospital gave us a pacifier that was supposed to be "like the mother's breast", but our son had a hard time hanging on to it. The ortho-pro has fit so much better. Our son can hold it in his mouth with very little air escaping into his mouth (thus leading to less gas). The nipple on this paci is comfortable for his tongue, so he's able to relax easier when he has his fussy spells. It's helped us so much!
Baby loves it, but his cheeks don't
After purchasing almost every brand of pacifier, to break my preemie away from the big green soothie that covered his nose, he took the latex original binky. I had the nurses in the nicu using the playex nurser with drop ins to reduce his gassiness and I used those bottles with my other five children as well. So, we're a Playtex family, but the nipple on this pacifier is too short. When my son who is 3 weeks adjusted now (9 weeks early) sucks on it, it leaves marks on his face. I think if you made the nipple a little longer and the outer rim softer it would be perfect! Latex is sooo much softer than silicone and has a texture that helps my son keep it in his mouth. Please make those slight changes, so we can keep using them!
Loved the old style. Not good for chubby cheeks!
I got these pacifiers (older version) earlier this year at my baby shower and my baby loves them! I went to buy extra to have on hand and this is the style is all there was. I figured it was the same all except the plastic design. I got them home and they're much different. Much smaller and shorter than the old. My baby can barely keep them in his mouth. He's in the 50th percentile for everything so he's definitely not a large baby but this pacifier puts indents into his poor little cheeks when he tries to keep it in. Very disappointed in the new design.
