A life saver for old people aka me

Other shopping totes I have are flimsy compared to the MainStay version. You can see how much of a waste plastic bags are when you take what was bagged in plastic bags and put into such a tote. Being older, I find it safer to re-bag in these. Put each tote bag on the porch stoop. And use front door ramp to go inside and go to side door to bring the tote bags full of shopping inside. The small cardboard totes with handles Walmart sells I use as well. Great to wrap wine bottles with the plastic bags and use those to help get inside the house. They also hold a lot. Both types are a big help in the back of the suv. Great to keep take out food from making a mess if any spills. Great to bring inside. I won't walk up the steps holding onto plastic bags or even the totes. Using the side door to bring inside I hold onto the door while bending the grab a tote. I haven't as much maneuver room using the front door. So these have been a blessing. I can also see bagging Christmas gifts to family with them because they aren't expensive. And I hate wrapping gifts.

I found this bag around check area. It's come in handy because some products have sharp, pointy edges. And this is made of strong material. I can use it repeatedly. Launder it is needed.

Worth Purchasing

I have bought ten of these bags. I have used them for 5 years and they are holding up great. I have filled them up to the top and have put at least 15-20 pounds in them on multiple occasions. No torn bottoms. No ripped seams. No broken handles. Definitely worth purchasing.
