Ingredients: Enriched Flour Bleached (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Soybean Oil, Wheat Bran. Contains 2% or Less of: Vital Wheat Gluten, Dextrose, Sugar, Leavening (Glucono Delta-Lactone, Baking Soda), Salt, Potassium Chloride, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (Soybean, Palm and/or Cottonseed), Natural and Artificial Flavor, Mono and Diglycerides, Xanthan Gum, Yeast, Yeast Extract, Azodicarbonamide (Dough Conditioner), Enzymes.
Instructions: Heat oven to 400F. Grease any size dark or nonstick cookie sheet. (425F for all other pan types.)Unroll dough onto cookie sheet. Form to desired thickness/shape. (the dough works great with round pans as well.)Prebake dough 8 minutes. Top with pizza sauce, cooked meat, cheese and other toppings as desired. Bake 6 to 10 minutes longer or until crust is deep golden brown.For a Crispier Crust:Prebake dough 8 to 9 minutes. Flip crust with spatula. Top with pizza sauce, cooked meat, cheese and other toppings as desired. Bake 6 to 10 minutes longer or until crust is deep golden brown.For Soft Crust:Do not prebake dough. Spread sauce and top as above. Bake 9 to 13 minutes for cheese pizza, 13 to 17 minutes if additional toppings are added, or until crust is deep golden brown.
