Junk dont buy
This is junk! The door Broke after 3 uses and WM wouldn’t take back since it was over 90 days! Phillips 3 rd party vendor ! Called 3 times no help ! I advise if you do buy anything from WM electronic related get the $5 extended warranty.

    Great product!
    This blu-ray/dvd player is super easy to use and hook up. Great playback. Just remember, if you haven't owned anything that hooks up with an HDMI cable, you will need to buy on because you will need it to hook up the dvd player to your tv. It can't be hooked up with audio video cables. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase!

    The picture is beautiful. This is super easy to set up. I did try to use some homemade DVDs that I had recorded myself. Those wouldn't play and gave me a "disc not supported" type message. I've had that happen with other players before though. If you are playing normal DVDs, this is not a problem at all.

    Store pick up next time
    Im quite honestly disappointed with Walmarts recent delivery service. I understand, with the holidays and COVID around, people prefer to shop online and have their items delivered to avoid crowds but, that shouldn't be an excuse for why my packages arrive damaged. The box with my Philips DVD Player arrived unpackaged, just in a standard Walmart shopping bag, and a huge visible whole on the front side of the box. Now, I have to take time and make my way to a Walmart and hopefully get an exchange. Very upsetting.
