Water leaks. Mold/Fungus.

The charger stand has an ugly dark brown/black mold which keeps coming back after cleaning. Water leaks into the brush head.

Decent product for the new electric toothbrush user.

We bought these as a way to have better oral hygiene as we don’t have dental insurance and aren’t able to go to the dentist as often as we should (we understand that this product is not a replacement for going to the dentist). We initially loved the toothbrush’s but as time has gone on they have not held up as well as they should have. We purchased them online and the main issue was the person had posted a solution...well they were wrong. The solution of using a o ring did not work and the mold is a pretty big issue. You basically would have to detail clean the brush after every use to try to prevent it. The mold makes the toothbrush smell and it’s pretty gross when cleaning it not to mention that mold is bad for your health. When these eventually stop working we will be doing our research to find a better brand/design and will definitely be going with a upgraded version. This was our first time using a electric toothbrush and now we know to do better research for next time.

I was very happy to receive my first electric toothbrush. It was recommended by my dentist to use an electric toothbrush to remove more plax and increase brushing time. Well, I used it today (April 5, 2018 - Thursday) and I had so much fun brushing my teeth! I put the toothpaste on the brush and turned it on and WOW- toothpaste went everywhere. Therefore, I tried it again but I first put the the brush in my mouth before cutting it on. It still didn't help, toothpaste went everywhere. Therefore, I just rubbed the toothpaste on my teeth and than brushed. Well, that worked! Although, it appeared to stall if my mouth wasn't open wide and it seem to cut off before 2 minutes. It might just have appeared to me to cut off quickly because I was having so much fun with it. Maybe someone can give me better instructions on how to place the toothpaste on the brush so that it doesn't go all over the place (LOL). Thanks! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

not good

This toothbrush works fine but gets extremely dirty and gross. The design is terrible. I ended up throwing it away and buying a different version. On this toothbrush the head screws onto the body and there is an open compartment in between the two inside the body of the toothbrush. This compartment gets full of water and if you don't thoroughly clean it daily it becomes moldy within a couple of days. It is also very hard to clean because the compartment is shaped with hard to reach places. Don't recommend this one.
