Love this TV because of the long list of amazing features it contains. First, the Google Assitant makes it way more convenient than many other products. My voice is easily recognized and transcribed. It helps me with many things from opening a TV show, an app and even checking the weather. The video quality (HD + 4K) is also so amazing and I could easily notice a difference from my other TVs. The quality looks more strong and vibrant. Another great thing is the ability to use the Google Play Store to download even more applications, movies and other items. These are just some of my favorite things but this TV has so many great features. The TV itself is not very heavy and was easy to setup, but it took me a while since I hanged it up. Overall, I LOVE it! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Manuals & Guides
Just purchased this Philips Android TV for our bedroom. Looking for something big enough to enjoy, but not so big it takes over our relaxing bedroom. So far it has worked out perfectly. The crisp, pure colors on the television is outstanding. The size being a little on the larger side, actually fits the space. Wish the remote was as sleek as the tv, a little big for me. Of course my husband is having a little too much fun with the google assist! Feels like Christmas in June. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Awesome TV with Amazing features!
I got this TV about a week and a half ago and I'm loving it. It has exceeded almost every expectation I had. This is not my first Smart TV, but it was my first Android Smart TV. The first thing I noticed at set up was how much more intuitive it was than my previous experiences. It was similar to setting up a new tablet or phone device and using my existing Google account made it easy to connect to my existing services (Netflix, HBOMax, Hulu, etc.). The home screen is very user friendly and helps you find something to watch without actually having to browse directly in the app itself. You can go directly to most apps featured content and the home screen has a convenient "play next" channel where you can continue watching where you left off on your show or movie regardless of which app it was. It's also nice to download a radio app and have music playing in the background without having to actually be in the music app while browsing for content. The Google Assistant is the feature I never knew I always wanted. The remote control is comfortable to hold, easy to use and it has the Google Assistant button. Just push the button and tell Google any app, movie, show, actor, artist or anything that you're interested in and you'll have something to watch or listen to. You can even ask for things like the weather or what time a local store closes. If you have Google Assistant on your phone or a Nest you can turn the TV off/ on with your voice from any room. Just about anything you need is in the Google Play store, but if not there is a built-in Chromecast that allows you to cast shows, movies, pictures and videos from your phone or devices. The Android TV features blew me away, but that's not all there is to this TV. The most important thing in a TV is, of course, the picture quality. The 4k LED is spectacular for the price point. The picture is sharp, the colors are bright and the blacks are deep. This is the first TV that I've had where I can actually see what's happening in dark scenes. The TV is so light that 1 person can hang it unassisted. My only complaint would be with the sound quality, but that's been my experience with all TVs. If you're watching a loud action movie or listening to music you'll want to pair it with a sound bar or some type of external speaker. Overall, this is a great TV and I highly recommend it. great picture quality
The Phillips 43 Inch 4K ultra HD TV has great picture quality. The sound is also very good. I liked that the remote has a standard keypad. I found it easy to set up. The Tv offers a walk-through guide as you set the TV up. Connecting the TV to WIFI was quick and easy. I also liked that you can connect it to Bluetooth as well. It offers many of the standard streaming service apps such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. The Google Assistant buttons are very easy to access and clearly labeled.
I found the picture quality and overall settings easy to adjust and set. You can customize your Closed Captioning settings to fit your liking. The TV can also be hung on if you prefer.
One of the big things I liked about this Tv is that you can use the standard number keypad to set your channels. I also found that if you have set it to live TV it will keep the setting. That means the next time you turn the TV on you will be on the channel you left it on. I liked the slim design. Overall I'm very happy with the product. The picture quality is brilliant, though I've yet to watch any movies to take advantage of the 4K attributes it boasts. New games look great on this TV, though not so much for older consoles, but that's to be expected with AV cords in a new TV. Sound is perfectly fine, but soundbars or external speakers are always superior.
As the TV also comes with Roku, and by extension Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc., this added icing on the cake that is this gorgeous TV! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
The quality of the picture this Phillips produces amazes me honestly. Especially the 4k content ive used Netflix, Disney+ and my Xbox One X to accompany it. The streaming aspect works smooth. No glitches or lag during usage. The remote that comes with the tv is greatly designed also. Been using the tv for a average use of 10+ hours out of the day. I would suggest making the "feet stand" a bit more durable. Too much plastic, feels like a good earthquake will knock the tv over if it isnt mounted. Cons: It doesn't have access to a Google chrome browser and it doesn't have access to all apps in the Google Play store. It wasn't allowing me to use chromecast. Over All I'm happy with my T.V. since I have it I have been using it more than my cellphone. So I am enjoying it for sure. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
This TV is mediocre at best!
I have owned Philips products in the past and I have always been pleased with them. I felt confident that this TV would not disappoint. This is a good looking TV. Ideally, I'd prefer that it wasn't so bulky. I would expect in this present day it to be thinner. The remote is awkwardly long. From the moment I started using it, the battery cover will not stay on. So, in order to keep it on, I had to tape it. The remote now looks cheap and old.
The picture quality is mediocre. The colors are faint and lack definition. I also have to sit up close in order to get a good view.
This is the first time trying an AndroidTV. I like the interface and it's easy to navigate. It did offer much more apps and games than a regular Smart TV's I have used in the past. However, a gamepad (which I don't have) is needed for a majority of the games and apps, so I am limited. I really enjoy the Google Assistant so I can navigate through the TV with my voice. I also like using the built in Chromecast feature as it allows me to cast my phone display to the TV.
All in all this an ok TV. I have it in my bedroom because it is just me viewing it. A bigger TV with better viewing is needed for my family. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Blue spinning circle ⭕️
Purchased this TV November 2019. Set—Up was Easy. Great picture quality. It needs to be restarted multiple times a day. Most of the time it randomly restarts or sits with a spinning circle. When you need to change the channel go slow, if you change the channel too fast, the TV will lock up and give you the blue spinning circle of death. Many times I have to unplug the TV and plug it back in to get it to work. Very frustrating!! I will never buy a Phillips from Walmart again.
Tv crashes all the time. Wont connect to devices such as cable box or switch. Constantly needs reset, which means logging in to all apps again. Contacted support and was given some crap about waiting for an update, but these are the same complaints people are posting about previous models. It's as if they dont do any QC before pushing out a product. Save yourself many headaches and get a Roku tv or a Samsung. Or get used to watching a spinning circle as this TV doesn't connect to your devices.
