Green screen problem
Having issues with the TV. Oftenly, when I try to play something on Netflix or while doing screen miroring from my phone, the screen turns green and then go black. I have had this tv for 40 days and I started doing this two weeks after. I verified with Phillips and they said that it was a software error that was fixed on the new update... I went to update the system, but TV had the most updated version... then they said it was my internet provider... I checked and my internet is running at 160 mbps constantly. I do not know where to go... If walmart or Phillips... :(

It's a smart TV

I have had this TV two weeks. It is amazing. To start with, the set was simple. The TV basically sets up itself. It is very light for its size. The vivid picture fills the entire front of the TV. We sit 12 feet from the TV and it seems just right. We can see great compared to our old one. We even have it in an entertainment center. We have Direct TV satellite and this works great with it. It even detected the direct TV remotes and auto programmed them. I really just opened the box, followed the on screen prompts and 15 minutes later it was done. I really like this new TV. Very good TV

I am sure that there is better TV's but this particular one fits my needs perfectly.I use Netflix and after purchasing this TV I updated my subscription to include 4k programming.I assure you the picture is so sharp and clear you can see the individual hairs on someone's head.Vudu is one of the preoaded apps and they offer many free movies each month for viewing. The ability to download apps from the play store is a plus, especially with the upcoming Disney+ service coming soon.Advice about using the remote control,Hold it at an angle slightly pointed up because if you look at it it is beveled in the front,I think it is so you can hold it straight up for giving voice commands.

OMG I LOVE THIS TV! This has to be one of the best Tv's on the market! I'm so excited to be reviewing it! Love how you can talk to the TV and it responds with the proper promts and so many options and available apps! And the picture is crystal clear I'm just raving about this TV!! I absolutely loved this TV

If you're looking for a TV with all the bells and whistles, then this is the one. I was highly impressed with the look of this TV. From the audio directions on to how to set it up, starting at the first step...to the very easy way to download apps. It's a TV that at first looks very intimidating but it's very simplistic. There's also a very good tutorial available if you need. The color is magnificent. Settings are very easy to understand and also very accessible. Amazing picture!

I really love the crisp, clear picture of this 4K smart t.v. Watching my favorite movies and t.v. shows are so much more enjoyable now and it feels like I'm right there with them.So immersive and fun,my t.v. experience has been risen to a new level with the clarity of the picture and sound,the sound makes me feel like I am in a movie theater and the picture is candy for the eyes.Overall I highly recommend this t.v.,so easy to use,easy to set up, great sound and stellar visuals. Beautiful picture, but a few drawbacks

Out of the box, this tv is absolutely gorgeous. It's sleek and beautiful, the legs are super easy to install, and the directions for set up are very easy to understand. I had mine up and connected in no time. The on screen set up is a piece of cake. Once everything was connected, the first thing I noticed is the absolutely stunning picture. Everything is so crisp and clear. The colors are true to life and mesmerizing.

Now a few drawbacks I've noted after using the tv for awhile. The sound. It's sub par. I've tried out all the different sound settings and still have issues with how things sound. Not a deal breaker however, as I'm sure a sound bar/sound system would easily remedy that. Another thing I've noticed is that the TV likes the shut itself off at random times. I looked through the settings to see if maybe a sleep timer or auto shut off was set, and there isn't, so I'm not sure what that's about. It's just slightly annoying to have to turn it back on and wait for it to go through the booting phase. One more gripe is that I keep getting messages that the storage is almost full. I haven't loaded any additional apps or anything. All that I have on it is what came pre installed. What's the point in having access to the app store if I won't have room to load anything new. That brings me to the Google assistant feature. That is something I really enjoy. Using voice search and having my account connected makes finding everything I want to see really easy. That's definitely a feature that makes overlooking the TV's quirks worthwhile. In short, I would recommend the TV, the stunning picture and features make up for it's shortcomings.

Pros : unbelievably beautiful picture, personalized connectivity, a plethora of streaming options, and super easy set up.

Not the best, but maybe I am just being picky

The quality in picture, the sleekness of the design and the user interface are all top-notch. This is definitely one of the best TVs I have looked at in regards to picture quality. If that's what you are looking for, you will not be disappointed! The remote is slick and easy to use - it's not a heavy clunker! Unfortunately though, there were just a few issues for me that had me dock 2 stars from my review. I was a little disappointed that there were only 3x HDMI ports. I wish there were at least 4-5 ports. Also, in the back where you plug the HDMI cables in, the ports are angled in a way where the cables stick straight out, which makes it difficult to put the TV on the wall if you have a flush mount (which I do). Lastly, I'm a little disappointed with the volume on this TV - at 100% volume, it is near the same loudness for my Vizio at 40% volume. If you've got a soundbar, this shouldn't be a problem for you at all.

If you don't care about the number of HDMI ports or how they are angled or even the max volume, then this is probably a perfect TV for you. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Big screen not so good picture

Picture quality is dark .. I've tried changing the setting but they don't look any better. I'm debating on taking it back tomorrow as I have 14 days to return. I compared it next to another tv I just got. Two totally different pictures.

For the best picture quality depending on the source device(s) you are connecting to, you may have to adjust the HDMI EDID setting. EDID 1.4 is used for legacy devices that can output in 1080p or 4K @30Hz. Your TV is defaulted to this setting to ensure maximum compatibility across new and old devices. EDID 2.0 is used for modern devices that can output 4K @ 60Hz and 4K with HDR 10. Adjust to this setting if you are using a 4K capable source device. To adjust EDID go to settings, select inputs, scroll down to HDMI EDID Version, highlight the input you want to adjust, press OK on your remote control, and adjust the setting accordingly. You can also adjust the picture settings by selecting settings, picture, and chose from one of the preset options. We hope that these tips will provide you with a better experience.
