The Service Caster Series #30 is ideal for a wide range of applications, such as dollies, platform trucks, warehouse carts and freight terminals. Finishes are available in either zinc plating, which provides durability under any condition, or stainless steel, which resists rust and corrosion in indoor or outdoor applications where moisture is a factor. Mounting options include rigid or swivel top plate, with or without top lock or total lock brakes and bolt on swivel locks. All rolling on finely crafted double ball bearing heat treated raceways that keeps you moving forward.

Top Plate

Provides the utmost stability by supporting the caster at four points. Available in rigid and swivel, with optional top lock or total lock brakes.

Top Lock Brake

Top Lock Brake (TLB) places a positive locking force against the top tread of the wheel to securely hold heavy loads.

Total Lock Brake

Total Locking Brake (TTL) solidly locks both the swivel and wheel, providing an exceptionally sturdy base when engaged.

Bolt On Swivel Lock

BSL pull ring engages the spring-loaded bolt into one of 4 notches found on the swivel raceway, instantly converting a swivel caster to rigid for straight-line tracking at any 90 degree angle.
