I am not sure I am please with my purchase

This support pillow came in an air tight bag. I was not expecting that. I received it today a few hours ago and it still looks very wrinkled and not at all like the one in the picture. The one I received is more flat than a triangular shape. I may need to wait longer for it to get a more triangular shape and also I may need to de-wrinkle it with a steamer or I am not sure how else to make it look more firm. The way it's being shipped and packaged should be shared so that consumers know what to expect.
