I bought many boxes of this product per the recommendation from my Dr when I became severely dehydrated. The product did wonders for rebalancing my electrolytes. The flavors are all pleasant. I highly recommend stirring the product with a spoon hard for a minute before consuming to integrate the salts and products. Otherwise your last two sips are quite nasty tasting.

Great for ALL ages!
My Son in Law introduced me to Pedialyte a year ago. He has played all sorts of sports here in Florida. It has less sugar than Gatorade and absorbs better in your system. I use it for my family and aging father who has AFIB. I love these little packets, because we don't need them that often in the winter. They are so handy to carry on you or keep in the house.
Great for older kids
My elementary age children do very well with the Pedialyte powder pack variety. This or the Pedialyte freezer pops are my first line of defense after vomiting. They like that they can choose which flavor they want. I begin offering 1 tablespoon every 15 minutes for an hour, 2 hours after vomiting. After that hour they can drink sips of it when they are thirsty.
I use this for my son who doesnt really like to drink water. And i cant have him being dehydrated. This helps a lot. And he loves it. I personally have used it as well at the time where i got really sick from eating at a restuarant and all i was doing was vomiting and i couldnt eat anything this helped a lot. Every pedialyte is good. I mean the taste is i guess you can say not that good but it isnt bad either. But if youre an adult drinking it cold real cold is hecca good even better if you let it freeze for a bit and its good enough to become a slushee then you can take it out too. It taste good that way also. For my son i just put in the refrigirator and let it get cold. He loves it.
