    Nice features for little hands

In review of Chase the Paw patrol dog, this dog was bigger than I expected. He measures about 12x12. He is made of heavy plastic and kind of looks like he will walk around but he doesn’t. He stays crouched on his back legs. He will kind of stand up but that is about it. You can press his badge and he will give out different “mission” statements. The part my son loved the best was the shooting net that launches from the side. On one side a net will shoot out and the other side is a light and microphone. Your child can press a button and talk into the microphone and his voice will amplify. The one draw back to this toy is it is very loud. I wish it had a volume button that you could adjust it slightly. I also wish he walked around, that would be a nice feature. Since he was so big I thought for sure he would walk. I think the fact that he is bigger is good for little hands. My three year old loves Paw Patrol and did love the shooting net and light. So it is a toy he will enjoy. There is no assembly required, he was ready to go right out of the box.

    Cute toy for children

Paw Patrol Mission Chase is an amazing toy and I think any child between the ages of 3-5 would love this product. Chase talks...and he has a lot to say! Chase says over a hundred different phrases, along with twelve rescue missions and twelve training sessions. With these missions and training sessions he will keep any child busy for hours. Chase also moves: I love that Chase sits like a real dog and he also stands on all fours. However, Chase would have been better if he could actually walk around. With a push of Chase's badge this brings him to life. His backpack is very cool, and is equipped with a net to complete some of his missions. He also has a flashlight and a loud speaker that actually works. My nephew was excited when he saw this toy, and Chase had his attention for hours. With all the phrases Chase was saying my nephew really thought he was talking to him! Paw Patrol Mission Chase is really a good toy for younger children for Christmas, birthdays or any occasion. This toy just has so much for children to do and they can actually interact with it. Chase really has kids thinking they are a part of the 'paw patrol crew'.

    Awsome toy

I received this item free to review so I have no reason to give you a sales pitch, this is just an honest review of the product. first it is a little hard to get out of the package so a parent will have to step in and help unpack but probably helps keep the toy from being damaged in shipping. Paw patrol Mission Chase only speaks in English. it requires 4 aa batteries which are included with purchase. Paw Patrol is for 3+ ages as it has some parts that are considered choking hazards. Paw Patrol Chase is a user friendly interactive toy that will keep the little ones busy for hours and since it has 24 different rescue missions and speaks over a hundred phrases ( around 130) it will keep them coming back repeatedly. Chase has a backpack that opens automatically during its missions or can be opened using the red and blue control buttons in the center of backpack. Paw Patrol Chase contains a rescue net that can be launched to rescue those in trouble during missions and it also has a search light and a megaphone to assist in rescues. Chase has a head that moves up and down and turns side to side as he speaks. Missions are started by pressing the blue and yellow badge on the on the front of Chase's chest. After showing the kids how to work the buttons and start missions and one walk thru of a mission and the functions they were able to operate all the features of mission chase. this toy seems to be made from a high quality plastic that appears will last a good while. They have only had this toy for a little over a week but so far things are going well and my grandkids enjoy playing with it. there are the occasional glitches that comes with most toys that have moving parts ( compartment doors stick, buttons stick ) but a light hit will correct problem when it occurs and kids have no problem with that. also this toy kind of cumbersome to take somewhere else as it will not fit in a childs backpack and might not be a great toy to take to overnight visits also not a sleep with toy . I can say that so far this has been a toy that my grandkids love to play with and they have not had anything break yet.

My Four Year Old Loves This!

I have a four year old son who watches Paw Patrol every morning. Every time he saw the commercials for the Talking Mission Chase toy he would ask me to get it for him. He was super excited to get this toy and both of us were not disappointed. First off, the batteries are included (4 AA's) which is great. Chase has a badge in the front with a star on it that you press to start 'missions'. The toy has 24 different missions. You press the badge and Chase speaks giving you 'missions' to complete. It says over 100 phrases. I loved that my son had to actually stop and think in order to figure out what tool to use. The toy has a megaphone that you can speak into when you press the yellow button. Its also a searchlight on Chase's backpack that opens up at the push of a button. It also has a detachable net that can be launched by pressing the yellow button on the backpack. These tools are used for the 'missions'. Unfortunately, my son happened to insert the net launcher in backwards and now it's stuck inside the toy. I've tried everything to get it out with no luck. So the toy is kinda ruined. I wish the designers of this toy made it so the net could only be inserted one way. Thank god my son still loves it. Overall, I feel like despite that one design flaw the toy is built to last. I would definitely recommend this.

Great interactive toy for a Paw Patrol fan

I received the Paw Patrol Mission Chase today and I have to say it is just adorable. I have 2 grandsons. One is 5 and the other is 21 months and they both just love the show Paw Patrol. Chase is a favorite. It arrived very securely packaged and I thought it would be like some of the other toys I've purchased where it took me over 10 minutes to release all the tabs and wraps that secure it inside the box but I was pleasantly surprised that there were only 6 tabs that I had to release to remove the toy from the box and I did't need a screwdriver. The toy itself is a good size and looks and sounds exactly like his character on the show. It arrived with 4 AA batteries already installed. Two batteries each install in the bottom of each of the front paws. You will need a small Phillips screwdriver to open the battery compartment. To activate Chase all you have to do is push the badge on the front of his chest and he will send you on a "mission". The toy is very interactive where by Chase describes a situation or mission that needs to be accomplished and what needs to be done by the child to accomplish the mission. Chase has 2 packs on on his back. One has a searchlight/megaphone and the other has a net launcher that actually launches a net. My older grandson still has a little trouble reloading the net but he is getting the hang of it. When you push the badge for the mission Chase moves his head and moves up and down while he is talking and goes from a sitting to a standing position. There are numerous missions and I haven't heard all of them yet. With so many missions, it takes a while for my grandson (the 5 year old) to become bored. Some of the missions like "Chickaletta is stuck in a tree, help me get her out" request the child to do certain things like push a button or use the megaphone and with other missions the back packs open automatically to use the tools. There is a button on the bottom to shut Chase off or to adjust the sound I believe but I didn't really notice much of a difference in the sound when I tried it. It was still pretty loud. After a while of using it I moved the kids to the toy room instead of the living room because it was starting to get to me but the kids still loved it! My older grandson loves to play along with the missions and the younger one just likes the sounds and the way the pup moves. I would definitely recommend this toy to others but I believe it is best suited for kids 5 and up.

    Great Paw Patrol Toy

Right off the bat this toy is a hit with my grandkids. One is 3 and the other 6. Might have to get 2 so there isn't any fighting over who gets to play with it. Taking out of the box was very difficult. There are some plastic clips on the bottom holding it in the box. You have to turn these to the side in order to be able to pull them out. Would have preferred something you could cut. Otherwise, the toy is very easy to operate. The big button on the toy is very visible and easy to push. The voice is loud enough to hear and understand. There are over 100 phrases so no worries about duplicating missions too frequently. The toy itself is nice looking and fun colors that look just like the show on tv. Using the rescue net gun is easy as you just push a button and it pops out. Then there is a button on the net gun you push and a net pops out. You just insert the net back in which is pretty easy to do and then back into the box that it is stored on Chase's backpack. On the other side is another button you push and out pops out a megaphone which lights up when the button is pushed. Using the megaphone is a little difficult as you have to push the button on the backpack as you get your mouth next to the megaphone. But it does work nicely. The toy does come with batteries installed which is a plus. Since my grandkids have Paw Patrol characters and the fire station, they will have fun using the big Chase in with their imaginary play. I definitely recommend getting this toy for any child that is into Paw Patrol.

    Awesome Toy

My 4 year old son loves Paw Patrol and his favorite character happens to be Chase so this toy was perfect for him. This toy has so many neat features I probably won’t be able to list all of them. Mission Chase comes with 24 different rescue missions. I think that is a lot. You would think it would come with maybe 5-10, but 24 missions will keep your child entertained for a long time. So many toys only have a few interactive features and my boys get bored with them quickly, but with the 24 missions, and all the functional tools I don’t see them getting bored ever! You can also create your own missions. You just press the badge to start a mission. Chase starts talking and telling you about the mission. He has a back pack that opens up when he needs to use one of his tools. He has a flashlight to use on search missions, mega phone you child can actually speak through, and net to rescue with. During the missions the backpack will automatically open to give you the tool that you need for the mission, but you can also manually open them as well by pushing the red and blue buttons on either side of the backpack. Each tool (flashlight/ mega phone, and net) each have buttons on them to operate them. My son enjoys all the tools. They are all really neat. Chase also says over 100 phrases and his head and legs move while he talks. This is a very interactive toy. The toy even sings the “Pup Pup Boogie” song and moves his head along with the song. It is a really catchy song and I even find myself singing. What can this toy not do? I wouldn’t be surprised if this toy isn’t the next big toy like “tickle me elmo”. Paw Patrol is really popular right now and I think Mission Chase will be big this Christmas. I’m sure it will be on several kids Christmas lists. I think it would be good for boys and girls alike. The toy is actually pretty big. It is a good size toy, perfect buddy for my 4 year old. It also seems to be well made and sturdy. I see my son enjoying this toys for a very long time.

    Fun toy!

Overall, I was really pleased with this toy. I was surprised at how much all 3 of my sons enjoyed it – ages 6, almost 4 and 2. I love how Chase talks and the child can interact with the toy by doing what Chase asks. The kids loved pushing the buttons when prompted and using the different tools for whatever mission Chase was asking them for help with. I like that they could also just play with the different tools whenever they wanted - that they didn’t have to use the tools just for a mission. One thing that I didn’t like was how flimsy Chase’s legs were. It seems like they could have been a little stiffer, and they still would have been able to have Chase sit or stand easily. Another thing is that the net didn’t go nearly as far as I was expecting – so that was a little disappointing. It is a little bit too difficult for my younger kids to put the net back – but my older son had no problems doing it, once he was shown how it worked. I would definitely recommend this toy to any Paw Patrol fan – as it is a lot of fun and very interactive for the whole family.

Excellent Toy for Boy or Girl

Mission Chases’ voice is clear and sounds exactly like the character on tv. He is interactive and the questions that he asks are not only fun, but they encourage problem solving skills! The mega phone and search light really do work and are an added feature for fun! The search light isn’t too bright, but it does a great job lighting up a dark area! I do wish that the net was connected by string, so it doesn’t get lost too easily. It is currently not permanently attached. It is a sturdy toy and I am confident the moving parts will hold up to every day play! My Granddaughter really is so happy and excited having this toy to play with and said, 'OH MY GOODNESS THIS IS SERIOUSLY AWESOME I CAN EVEN HEAR MYSELF USING THE MEGAPHONE!" and "WOW EVEN HIS NET LAUNCHES!"

Fun Interactive Toy for Paw Patrol Kids

Most kids loves this show, and when Spark provided me the Paw Patrol Mission Chase for review, I was pretty excited. As the coolest grand "paw" the kids know I needed to check this out! I was surprised to find that the toy was much bigger than I expected. He is approximately ten inches long and ten inches tall. I am going to give this to my 4 year old nephew for Christmas and needed to evaluate this toy. First, Chase can move his head up and down while speaking the phrases during a mission. Chase can sit down and stand up on his hind legs while moving his front paws up and down.... and these movements make the toy closer to the animated character on the show. Chase has all his tools from the show in his backpack. A net launcher on his right side, and a megaphone /search light on his left. Putting the net back in its place after it is thrown out is a bit tricky. Once you press the badge, Chase will talk you through a mission or a training session, all phrases familiar to those who watch the show. The instructions are a bit fast, so your child will need to respond quickly to Chase's directions or Chase will keep repeating them. I think my nephew will love the toy, especially the net launcher.
