This was the only phone I found that didn't have an answering machine; which I didn't need, because that feature is included in my phone service. Sound quality is great! The AAA batteries used by this phone is another fantastic design feature that persuaded me to buy. I've purchased Panasonic phones for my father as a gift and he is very happy with them too. Thank you Panasonic for making durable, price conscious products that work flawlessly.

I purchased this product to use with the VOIP phone service I use. This was the only phone I found that didn't have an answering machine; which I didn't need, because that feature is included in my phone service. Sound quality is great! Poor Battery Life
I have used many Panasonic DECT phones but this one has no battery life. I think it is less than half of what I used to get with a three year phone that broke down recently as it got wet. Something is definitely wrong with this new model. I can't even get a day out of the two handsets while I used to get 3-4 days earlier.

Great phone.

Couldn't be happier! Sound is clear, display is larger than other competitors and it is easy to use. We bought these phones to use with Magic Jack and we are extremely happy!! This phone does not have an answering machine, which is perfect for us as Magic Jack sends us a .wav file with every message left on our line.
