I have not used it yet... I will roast a 19 lb. turkey in it. I am happy to see that it is made of materials that look like it can withstand high heat contact without burning or melting/sticking to the roaster liner. I can't wait to try it. My built-in oven finally bit the dust, so I bought an extra large countertop electric roaster for Thanksgiving cooking :)
