I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!! I first tried it a few months ago (purchased from Amazon) and it was love at first bite. It's "al dente" and you can tell it's not pasta, but it's very close and very tasty. Also, the whole can is only 60 calories. Double win. :-)

Love this stuff!
Great for low carb. gives your sauces something to stick to. The palms have very little taste of it's own. But beware I ordered 6 cans of the linguine and they were put in a much too large box with out packing and were tossed around. % of the 6 were badly damaged. Wanted to talk with someone about the shipping problem so my next batch would not have same problem. No one called back. ;-(
Yummy stir fry
Love using these Palmini Hearts of Palm In a stir fry with cooked chicken, Brussels Sprouts, broccoli, a few julianne carrots and then I drizzle a little General Tso or Thai Peanut sauce over it while in the dish.....yum! I could eat this every day and the calories are so low in Palmini.
This was surprisingly good. I actually forgot I had it, and decided to give it a go. I drained it, rinsed it then sauteed it, and made a stir fry type with shrimp, spinach and mushrooms. Didn't do the whole milk soak, cause I didn't want too and also I only buy unsweetened vanilla almond milk and didn't think that would be good.
Easy Low Carb Option
These heart of palm linguine noodles make a good low carb substitute for spaghetti noodles. The cans are very convenient. I will be purchasing again.
