I am 36 years old, and I purchased this to play with my 3 and 5 year olds. They absolutely love this game and beg to play it when I get off work. It rivals Mario Party in board style gameplay, but has a lot of "auto" features that kick in if a person (like my 3 year old Addy) does not initiate a command- making the gameplay seamless. No more taking the controller away from a little one to push a button, etc. Just let them have it and play. Addy, my 3 year old, actually won the last game we played by doing NOTHING but shaking her controller around and watching the screen. It was exciting to a Daddy to say the least!
The gameplay isn't shabby either. I probably would not play it on single player myself as an adult- It doesn't stand up to Mario Party in that respect (I love Mario Party). However, it beats Mario Party HANDS DOWN when it comes to young children in terms of playability, seamless operation, and fun graphics that keeps the kids watching and wanting more.
This is a must own game for any household with young children ages 10 and under. I can't believe this one evaded me for as long as it did before I purchased it!
