PLANTRONICS HL10 Savi Handset

I bought this a couple weeks ago to accompany my wireless headset and I am so glad I did. The lifter is very easy to install and use and works great. This product, along with the wireless headset has saved me from having severe neck strain and allowed me to be a lot more mobile in my workspace. One of the best purchases I've made.

I purchase the headset and didn't like lifting my receiver for every call. With the handset device, I just push the button on the headset and the receiver lifts automatically. Very simple set up.

I can't believe they gave me a headset without a lifter. I couldn't order this fast enough. Now I can answer my phone anywhere in the office. I don't have to be at my desk and manually lift the handset out of the cradle. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I called about an issue that I was having with the lifter. I spoke with a great rep in regards to resetting, warranty and replacement. He was very knowledgeable helped me to determine what the next steps were and how to go about them. I received my replacement very quickly and am very happy with the pricing!

My office recently purchased the headset and lifter for me. I LOVE it. It works exactly as advertised. The phone can still be answered manually with the handset by someone not wearing the headset without issue. I took me a few days to get everything set up correctly with the help of the online manual and a phone call.

I found it disappointment the lifter was not sold with the headset. Seems like a package deal. Upset to know we had to order a second item after ordering the earpiece/headset.

The setting got moved and the help desk did not get me to try that. So I bought a new one that I did not need.. Still in the box. First one just needed to be adjusted.

It works as described. However, there is a possibility of ruining the product if one chooses to lift the receiver by hand instead of using the device w/ earpiece. Specifically, the lifter's gears become damaged when the receiver catches the lifter and in effect forces the lifter up at a swift rate. Do this twice, and you've ruined your lifter. To avoid this make sure the lifter is far enough down so that lifting the receiver by hand will not catch the lifter.
