Pbs kids educational playtime tablet android 6.0
In my preschool class everyone takes turns with the games and learn about educational fun as well. The children in my class really take an interest in this pbs kids platform. There are so many choices for fun learning experiences. There is a parent mode & playtime mode for children. There are 23 games, camera, music, pbs kids scratch junior videos, parents play & learn and ways to customize the dash board. Apps are easily added or removed. I'm looking forward to using this device & finding more opportunities to encourage learning. This tablet comes with a charger, usb cord & instruction manual.IntDesigner2014

Wish it would work right
Really wanted to love this tablet. Such a great idea to have a truly safe kids tablet from PBS. Many wonderful features and the real ability to control all content. I like that you can not only set a time limit but a time frame as well. The bumper cover is a good idea but the 4 yr old couldn't leave it alone and took it off all the time. Biggest problem is the speed of loading content. It can take a very long time and the kids get very upset. It also freezes up just enough to send the kids over the edge. After 3 weeks - the 9 yr old has lost interest, the 6 yr old is too frustrated to play it anymore & the 4 yr old can't really do much on it alone and has lost the case.SashaSS

It is our goal to satisfy the e...- 5 out of 5 stars review7/2/2019great kids tablet, works goodthis kids tablet is pretty easy to use, it uses google/android so you will have to register this with a google email. you can access the play store on here to add more apps if you want to. there is a parent screen that is password protected, and a child safe mode for just your kid to use. it has around 7 gb of storage, but there is a micro sd slot to add more storage. if your kid is like mine and loves to take pictures you will need more storage. it has all the pbs apps and content already loaded on the game. my son was able to use it right away. it doesn't seem to take a very long time to charge, and the battery life is at least 4 hours, that is continual use. it has a seven inch screen and comes with a blue rubber protector incase of drop...mommyofet
- 5 out of 5 stars review7/10/2019Great alternative to an iPadThe PBS KIDS Educational Playtime Tablet is a great option for parents looking for something cheaper than a traditional iPad to use with their child/children. The learning curve on how to use it is easier if you are familiar with a Google based setup but is not extremely hard if you aren't. You can make multiple accounts for several children. Any app from the Google play store may be downloaded for your child to have access to on their home screen and you can personalize each child's home screen. One of the best features is being able to set a timer for each account to control the amount of time they can spend on the tablet. - 5 out of 5 stars review11/20/2018Works wellI got this for my 3 year old granddaughter who just loves to play games on our phones and tablets. So now she has one of her own and she absolutely loves it! Once I received it I followed the directions and fully charged the battery even though it came charged at 83%. I believe by following directions especially when it comes to batteries you'll get longer life out of them. Once I put all my information in and activated it via my email she was ready to play. The apps that were on there already were age appropriate and she loved them. She also loves to watch pbs sesame street. I like that it has a kiddie proof case as well. I haven't had to charge the battery yet. This keeps her occupied and learning for hours. Great tablet for youngsters.Sophia

She plays PBS Daniels Neighborhood on it. Gets on some educational and fun programs and I love this. I have recommended this to two other family members and I do highly recommend it.dkd20
