PBS KIDS 150" HD Video Projector + PBS KIDS HDMI Streaming Stick (EPBS520P)

It took me a while to figure this thing out. I had it too close to the wall so I couldn't see the setup screen lol. Once i turned it on and moved it back about 3 feet, I doing This projector seems to have quite a few functions. I just plugged my fire stick in the side and BOOM! My wall has become my own theater. The quality is good, very easy to adjust the screen and make it level. Super simple to plug in and use. Lots of different input sources too. Will be great for my guest bedroom where I don't have a tv. I've never owned a projector but I love this! Highly recommend

The only capability I am missing is to be able to project from your iPhone. Not sure if there is a way to do it, but it won't work through USB.. would be cool.

This projector is great for movies, gaming, and streaming media. It is a small compact design that lets you take it anywhere you can connect it. You can connect pretty much anything such as a phone, tablet, computer, etc. The picture is really good for being a small projector. It looks sharp and clear, you can adjust the focus of the lens, the angle, depending of the position where you set up the projector. It can also be inverted to where you can switch the image to any side. It has picture presets or you can do your own picture adjustments. The integrated speakers are not too loud but are decent enough. This projector also comes with a remote control and has manual buttons on the projector. It has an adjusting nob if you want to place it on a table or it has a hanger hole to install it on the ceiling. Overall, movies and video look great. This projector makes a really great addition to your entertainment system. Either in our family room or in the patio outside.

Connect any media player by HDMI. Then project to a wall or screen. Adjust the focus and that's it. Stream your fav shows, movies or pictures in minutes. I like how easy it is to set up! The projector has built in speakers but not theatre quality. The picture quality is good and clear. I like that it is portable. Not a ton of wires to unplug. Good for traveling. Overall, this is a good entry level projector.

We used this in the backyard for a movie night and it was great! The image was clear and easy to see. (it was after dark when we used it and it was projected onto a 150 inch white movie screen panel)

It's portable and easy to use. Basically works the same way a television does with various inputs. It's small and compact sized and included a remote control. The focus was easy to figure out, as well as the angle setting adjustment.

The only issue I had with it was with my fire stick. The screen would work fine, but I was unable to get any sound to come from it. In the manual, it said that it involved something to do with the fire stick settings, but I was unable to figure it out. This is really the only reason i didn't give it 5 stars, because it would have been so much more convenient to be able to use the firestorm. Hooked up my Chromebook via HDMI instead and it worked fine. I also had a stand I was able to use that mounted easily into the built in Port on the bottom of the projector.

If you are looking for an inexpensive projector to use for backyard movie night, or possibly in an office setting for PowerPoint presentations and such, this would definitely be a good option. I wouldn't attempt tp use it as a television replacement, but for occasional home or office use, this is the way to go. I'd recommend it! Great projector!

I have been looking at various projectors for years, however, I didn't want to invest money and end up disappointed. This is a great little projector to use during family fun night (movies in the dark). I ended up using my projector indoors, and it worked out well, but you will need to close all blinds.

Set Up - Since this was my first test run it was a bit of trial and error. For audio the projector has built in speakers but if you're looking for a theater experience then I suggest using a speaker bar or similar. I went with our karaoke machine and a couple of things if you choose this option.

1. Your machine will need to have the auxiliary option.

2. You will need a male to male 3.5 mm audio cable.

Video - There is a menu screen with the music, video, photo and settings options, I'm thinking for a direct phone, tablet or laptop connection (streaming). To use my Blu-ray player, I selected the source option and then HDMI. I really wish the projector had a Bluetooth option to connect the speaker but at least there are alternative methods.

Display - Zoom and tilt adjustments are manual, this reminded me of when I was in school and the teacher would use the big projectors and adjusting the lenses for clarity. After attaching the karaoke box for sound; placing objects beneath the projector for lift & alignment and making sure everyone has popcorn, drinks and snacks we are ready to watch the movie. The picture quality was clean, crisp, and the overall size was a bit bigger than my 55-inch television. For those looking for a gigantic picture… I'm assuming the further the player is pulled away the larger the picture will be but for our animated cartoon it worked out great.

The kids and I really enjoyed the whole movies at home experience, and I'm highly satisfied with our new projector. This will be perfect for movie nights with sleeping bags, drive in movies themes, outdoor flicks and barbecue with family and friends.

I've never owned a projector before, so this was an exciting package to receive. I was surprised that it was sent in its original box, making it known to others what exactly was sitting outside my door (thankfully it wasn't stolen). I got the white option, which looks super clean in my home. The box itself is pretty big compared to the actual projector (approximately 7.5” x 5.5”). Now, my family has a projector themselves, so I know that projectors are usually on the lower end of resolution quality. With that in mind, I think people will be happy with this item. If you're expecting super clear images, you will be disappointed. Projectors aren't meant to be high resolution. Setting up this product was easy. I actually didn't know this was compatible with playing games (a bonus)! What's not provided are the batteries (you need 2-AAA for the remote) and the HDMI cord. The instructions are brief and to the point, which I appreciate. You just plug the HDMI and the power adapter cord and you're ready to go! The remote is self explanatory. I like how there's a button “flip” that will flip the display 180 degrees. There's also shortcut buttons located on top of the device in case you don't want to use the remote. Don't forget to take off the lens cover! Overall, I'm happy with this product knowing exactly what to expect.

Very easy projector to set up and use. The instructions were very clear and all parts were well packaged.

The overall quality was okay, but you can tell it is entry level, the remote feels cheap, but functions well. No batteries for the remote are included. The picture quality is good but the image is difficult to get perfectly square.

Overall, this is a great entry level projector with great input options including SD, multiple HDMI, USB and cable. This could be great as a TV or to display pictures by usb. I am excited to try watching a movie or gaming with my grandchildren. I received it just in time to use at daughter-in-law shower for videos.

Unfortunately our weather has not been cooperative with having outdoor movies yet but we are excited to get to have family movie nights with our projector. Picture quality is great. I wish it had adjustable feet on the bottom of the device that you could make adjustments to picture a bit more easily but all in all, it is a great addition to our theater. The cord is fairly short too so depending on how and where you set up, you may need an appropriate extension cord. I have not figured out how to connect your phone to it either. The usb connection is easy but following the small guide provided with instructions does not give me the detail I was hoping. It would be great to plug and be able to stream Netflix or any other movie capability your phone has but I will need to do more research and watch some online tutorials to see if it is even possible because I was unable to plug and go from scratch. My kids think it is the neatest thing! They can't wait for their friends to come over and watch the games or movies with them on it. Lots more to learn but loving it so far.

I was really looking forward to doing big family movie nights with this projector. I was hoping that it would be great for indoor and outdoor use. I even bought a fully mounting projector screen to go into our living, for the sole purpose of using this projector for family movies nights and summer movie nights outdoors. We tried this out sooner than expected, prior to mounting our gigantic projector screen, on the closet door in our son's room when his tv unexpectedly broke. The projector worked decently when it was hooked up to the cable box, but there was no sound whatsoever. The image was fine, he could watch sports on the closet door, but he could not hear anything. We also tried to hook this up to a phone with our Prime Movies, and still the audio was a problem. With the phone, we could get some audio, but it was very low. We tried continuously to raise the volume both on the phone and the projector unit as well, and it was still not loud enough for the for everyone to hear the movie clearly. The sound was like technology from the 1980's. If the projector is not too far away from the screen and it is pitch black, then the images are decent. This is was not a great projector for our family and our intended uses.

I was hopeful about this product. Figured it would be nice to project games on the wall for my child and her friends. Not at all. I couldn't believe how lightweight, and flimsy the product was taking it out of the box. Didn't think it would be a representation of the display quality.

Unfortunately it was. The diaplay was horrible, the sounds was barely audible and we could never get the picture to focus. The picture lacked vibrancy and had a "haze" appearance. I can not recommend this product. Maybe others had a different experience, but for me the projection was underwhelming at best.
