Wonderful, practical, useful, etc. We've been using it to feed our German Shepherd dog as sometimes we need to be out of the house during his feeding times.
We feed him 1cup of food 4 times a day. Our dog got used to this way of being fed immediately. He knows the times he's fed and just waits for the food to drop down.
I used to worry about him all the time and rushed home to feed him. Now we can do our errands and not worry about our dog.

This item only worked the first day we set it up. After that it was putting too much at a time, and at all ready times. Also the instructions was very hard to understand.
