Ozark Trail Rapid Rider IV

The Rapid Rider IV is perfect for those who would love nothing more than to Float the river or lake with Friends, enjoy a nice cold drink, chat, relax and have fun! Ozark Trail Rapid Rider IV accommodates 4 people, has a built in cooler, and comes with a portable cooler. Each person has a back rest for neck and head support. Each person also sits their bottom in a mesh seat which is very comfortable & sits down in the water as you float along keeping you nice and cool. Each person also has a cup holder for drinks but you could also store your phone and/or sunscreen there as well just be careful not to drop it in the water! There is a fast inflating Valve also so you can get on your way to fun faster & a pull rope around the entire float so that it is easy to pull to shore when you are done floating. The measurements are 94'' but 94''. The material is extra durable & I think we are going to get many many fun days on the lake in the Rapid Rider. I especially love how I can dangle my feet in the water if I want in the center of the float also. I want to note that this does not come with a air pump of any sort. I also thought it would have been better if there were pull handles on each of the corners of the float for easier grip getting the rapid rider to shore and finally, I want to note that the colors of the Rapid rider are more of a bright orange and black color.

We started with it in our pool to get an idea of how it would sit with 2 and 4 people. Our 17 month old grandson loved the hole in the center to hang from and enjoy. The coolers are great for food and drink. After getting comfortable with the rapid rider we took it to the river and spent the day swimming, floating and eating. We absolutely love and recommend this item. It is comfortable as well as durable. spacious for 4 adults and room for a picnic, drinks and snacks all day for 4 people. It served as an island while swimming as well as a reclining, relaxing seat while just floating. Many people approached us asking about it - we could not say enough. Several "guests" were welcomed aboard to check it out. They were thrilled to learn that Walmart carried the item at a great price. Definitely a keeper, we expect to use this for several years to come.

Ozark Trail Rapid Rider IV is a awesome 4- person floating oasis. You and 3 of your friends can spend the day zooming down the river or floating on the neighborhood lake. There is plenty of room even for a larger / taller person. It has four comfortable backrests located at the back of each of the mesh-bottomed seat. The mesh bottoms allow you to sit part way in the water keeping you cooler while spending the day on the water. All 4 seats have built in sturdy cup holders to keep beverages close at hand and to help from spilling. With a built in cooler to keep items cold, is located in a handy spot for easy excess for a fresh drink. They all so included a second cooler that is re-moveable but yet will sit inside the built in cooler. Or you can use the removable cooler to store your phones or what ever you want to keep dry on the water. There is a large opening in the center of the rider that allows you to hang your feet in the water. At just over 7' 8” x 7' 8” The all-around rope makes it easy to grab and climb back into the rider because the rope is wrapped around the Rider, Plus the Rope also makes it easier to carry when on dry land. It does not come with a pump for quick inflating/ deflate of the Rider. But the air pump is not that expensive and would be well worth the few dollar purchase.

I wasnt expecting much from this raft but was plesantly suprised by it. So the positives it can accommodate 4 adults with plenty of room. it probally can fit 2 kids in the same pod since its very wide. Its very durable had multiple people of all ages use this and it held up very well even when it came closer to the rocky shore. Negative very few but I wish this raft came with handles to carry. We used the rope but would have been easier with handles on the side. Also it would be nice if it came with a small paddle so you can push off with. The last complaint is the inflating of it. Took about 20 minuites with the hand held pump. Also my standard pump didnt fit the valves perfectly so we lost some air but once it was done it felt rewarding to relax in the water. We used it for about 4 hours in the heat and it stayed firm. I did not get to use the ice chest but it seems like a good idea for adults drinking on the river. We have small children so not very useful for us. Overall I would recommend this to everone. We even took it to our hotel pool to use. Its huge though and took up quite a bit of room. So out of respect for other guest we took it out. The guests that were there all asked where I got it and thought it was really neat. It deflated pretty quickly. I tried really hard to fold it up as neatly as possible to try to put it back in the box but gave up. Gonna get a bundgee cord to keep it together. One last wish would be a storage bag. Can't wait to take it out again.

Ozark Trail Rapid Rider IV We have had so much fun with this awesome float! I want to buy some more of these floats! We need to have a float party! This float is not heavy to carry. My 14 year old son was able to bring it out of the water by himself in order to lay it on the beach to dry. It airs up quickly, and deflates quickly. It's easy and simple to transport. This float is too big to tie onto the top of your car for transport. It measures almost 8 foot by 8 foot (give or take a few inches) so plan on airing this up at your point of arrival. You can buy an air pump that hooks right into your phone charger outlet for about $10. Each compartment on the float needs to be aired separately, so you'll air the top of each back rest, the cooler, then the main body. You do need to allow enough time to air it up once you're at your destination, so if you have a time line plan ahead. This float deflates pretty quickly. It took less than 15 minutes to have all the air back out of the float after use. I'm not sure what the weight limit capacity for being on this float is, but we had 1000+ pounds in it without any trouble at all. We had no issues with leaking, deflating, and there was no weakness of the raft noted. The round, black cooler spots also work well for small tooshie spots. I wouldn't recommend overloading it on rapidly moving water, but on the stillness of a lake it was great to see just how many we could pile in. We could not sink it no matter how many people we put onto it at once. This float is made of very durable, heavy plastic. It isn't going to pop or leak easily. It's durable enough to take on a float trip. This float has it all! It has a cooler that will hold about 12 cold drinks. It has cup holders for 4. The bottom of the seat is mesh, so you stay cool in the water without being submerged. The center of the float has a round hole where you can dip your toes in as you float, or you can use it to swim under and pull up into the float like my son did. It's also an easy exit plan. You can just jump down through the middle if you don't want to go over the side. Getting into and off the float is easy. You just climb on. The rope helps hold the float steady while you get in. We traded people in and out all day long ranging from toddlers through seniors with no trouble whatsoever. Getting in and out is no challenge at all. This is the perfect float for spending time together, and for hanging out without getting separated. With individual floats it's too easy to get separated, and then you feel like you're shouting. This float lets everyone spend time together enjoying the day. It's a blast to paddle with your hands to obtain the direction you intend to go. We had no problem controlling it out on the lake as we wanted to float one way or another. We were the envy of the lake with this float! People at the beach were pointing, staring, and even coming up to ask where we bought this float. It's well made, a lot of fun, and everyone is going to want to try it!
