It really keeps you drinks cold
I had one of these coolers before and loved it!! It wore out and the zipper broke but it's still the best soft cooler on the market.
The cooler appears to be stout and of good quality. Upon purchase I discovered that there was black discoloration on the lid. This was the result of the packaging which permitted the black handle to bleed into the white skin of the cooler.

I ordered a pelican elite 20qt hard sided cooler instead and will be throwing this bag in the trash.
Buy a quality USA made cooler. This isn't worth even the budget price.

still works!

had this for over 2 years. use it for my trips out of town. holds ice for around 24 hours (80% ice will melt). great size to hold my frozen dinners and keep them cold on my trips. after 2 years of use, zipper starting to show signs of wear and tear. but it still dosnt leak when closed. got my money worth.

The zipper doesn't close anymore. I've been trying to get warrabty information for this. Everytime I look on the internet it gives me a different phone number for Walmart customer service. I finally called them a month ago and was informed that they would get back in touch with me about it. I still haven't heard anything back.

3. My zipper was always stiff until the day the zipper broke. I had it for 5 months and loved it. Now it is in the trash.

4. It's stiff by design. The rubber seal makes it had to slide. Lubricate all along the zipper with something non-patroleum. Heck, chapstick would probably work well.

5. It's tight by design. Lubricate the entire length zipper with something like chap stick or wax.
